A: Generally, we do not provide a preview of semi-customized wax seal stamps before production. However, if you require a preview, we can send you one after you place the order.
Q: How much wax is required for different seal sizes?
A: The amount of wax needed depends on the seal size. As a general guideline, a 25mm seal requires approximately 3 wax beads, a 30mm seal requires 4 beads, a 35mm seal requires 6 beads, and a 40mm seal requires 7 beads. One wax stick can produce around 10 seals of 25mm (1"), 7.5 seals of 30mm (1.18"), 6 seals of 35mm (1.38"), or 5 seals of 40mm (1.57").
Q: Can I purchase only wax seal stamp heads?
A: Yes, if you are ordering multiple wax seal stamps, at least one stamp must include a complete "stamp head + handle" set. The remaining stamps can be ordered as heads only. Simply place your order and provide us with your order number, and we'll update the order and refund the cost of the extra handle(s).
