Great product, fast shipping.
Perfect for invitations! Patient customer service, beautifully designed stamp, crisp engraving, excellent impression quality, and quick shipping - absolutely in love!
Beautiful piece!
Excellent service with helpful customer support!
Incredibly fast production and delivery - perfect for our upcoming wedding! Outstanding quality!
The stamp turned out beautifully, I am using it for my daughter’s wedding. The packaging for the stamp and mailing were great!
Had bought this as part of an engagement surprise with some buffer for delays, but did not account for a 3+ week delay. Engagement come and gone unfortunately
The seal looks nothing like the picture you can not make out what it is and I sent a message over a week ago and haven’t received a response. I would like a refund or replacement but honestly based on how bad the seal is I just think its the quality of items here
I ordered design no 24. It was shipped within a few weeks and arrived at my doorstep in Houston, TX eight days later. It looks great and I'm super happy with how it turned out on my wedding invitations. Thanks!
Beautiful product. Sturdy quality. More than what I expected. I highly recommend.
It’s been well over a month since I ordered this product and it has not arrived. The website estimated 6-11 business days after I paid extra money for faster shipping. This ships internationally which is not mentioned on the website at all. The company is very slow to respond. I send emails and messages weekly and only after 2 weeks they sent a generic “we are working on it sorry for the delay” message with no real detail on what is happening. They refuse to provide any kind of refund- even if it’s for the shipping or partial refund. Their solution is a gift card which is useless because I’ll never order from them again.
It’s been 3 weeks and over the shipping estimate from the website and I still have not received my product. Unless you don’t care when this arrives I wouldn’t order. I paid for faster shipping so I could get the product in 6-11 business days that stated on the site and it’s been well beyond that and the product is still in China and I only received noticed that it shipped yesterday (12/30) and I placed the order on 12/9. They do not respond right away and when they do it’s just fluffing and stalling. They do not offer refunds on even the shipping. Instead they offered a gift card for the shipping cost for my next order at this store… I’m never ordering anything from here again. This product comes from China which it is not stated on the website and thus customer service will be very very poor. Be ware! I’m still fighting to get my money back from PayPal and Amz Deco for shipping and partial refund. Order from Etsy, it ships within the US and is cheaper. I had to order another stamp and it already came in before this one shipped!
Great item and quality, just took 3 weeks to get here
Love No. 21 seal - its a cool, minimalist design and looks great in any color wax. Also love working with this company, their customer service and quality is second-to-none.
I purchased this seal stamp to use on my wedding stationery. The owner was very nice and changed the fonts to my liking. Very good buy.
Love my personalised stamp! Makes my wedding stationary look amazing! Thank you so much x
The stamp seems to be of good quality. Im very happy with the purchase, and would happily buy again from this seller again.
Great product, works well. The stamp is clear and crisp on the paper, even better than I expected. I am very satisfied. Good quality product.
The people were great to talk to and very helpful, and the stamp I ordered turned out perfectly. I'm extremely impressed and will be ordering from here again.
Our custom stamp was perfect!! Seller was prompt and responsive. They even shipped to a different address when we requested it last minute. We are very happy with the custom stamp we ordered for our wedding invitations. Would highly recommend purchasing from AMZ Deco!
