The seal looks nothing like the picture you can not make out what it is and I sent a message over a week ago and haven’t received a response. I would like a refund or replacement but honestly based on how bad the seal is I just think its the quality of items here

It’s been well over a month since I ordered this product and it has not arrived. The website estimated 6-11 business days after I paid extra money for faster shipping. This ships internationally which is not mentioned on the website at all. The company is very slow to respond. I send emails and messages weekly and only after 2 weeks they sent a generic “we are working on it sorry for the delay” message with no real detail on what is happening. They refuse to provide any kind of refund- even if it’s for the shipping or partial refund. Their solution is a gift card which is useless because I’ll never order from them again.

Very slow and poor customer service

It’s been 3 weeks and over the shipping estimate from the website and I still have not received my product. Unless you don’t care when this arrives I wouldn’t order. I paid for faster shipping so I could get the product in 6-11 business days that stated on the site and it’s been well beyond that and the product is still in China and I only received noticed that it shipped yesterday (12/30) and I placed the order on 12/9. They do not respond right away and when they do it’s just fluffing and stalling. They do not offer refunds on even the shipping. Instead they offered a gift card for the shipping cost for my next order at this store… I’m never ordering anything from here again. This product comes from China which it is not stated on the website and thus customer service will be very very poor. Be ware! I’m still fighting to get my money back from PayPal and Amz Deco for shipping and partial refund. Order from Etsy, it ships within the US and is cheaper. I had to order another stamp and it already came in before this one shipped!
