Was very professional and even reached out in a timely manner to inquire how the alterations were to be done to get it PERFECT! Thanks so much again for the beautiful work!

Did not read my first order's notes, and the item was made incorrectly. I've reordered but will not use this vendor again after the second order has been delivered.

My father passed away. To Denver him we got a wax seal of our family crest. The only picture we had was really old and in a book. The payed attention to detail when they drew the picture. The wax seal you can ever read the family slogan on the small ribbon. I didn’t know they could put so much detail into this. This was going to be special for me no matter what, but the fact that the company did a great job really made the memory for me.
