I asked for two R’s and I got two D’s and they really aren’t even close to resembling a R. I’ve read this has been a problem for many and I would not recommend. I’d return but it’s really not worth the hassle I hear it can be to attempt

Arrived very late and the lettering is completely wrong. I had 2 letters M and C, how could you possibly mess that up!!!

I ordered a custom seal. Not only did it arrive 11 days after the latest "arrive by" date, but the phrase on the seal was wrong.
The phrase I wanted was 'Oh La!'
What I got said 'Oh L,!'
Not sure how an A turns into a comma, but there you go.
It was for an event and it arrived too late to re-order.

I reached out to the company twice to address this issue and have not received an answer.
At this point I have been cheated out of my money.

Do not order from this company! Customer service is garbage and they take no care in the fabrication of their product.
