Hi Folks,
The router cutting the outer circle didn’t complete the the full 360 degrees, it left a
‘bridge’ of about a one sixteenth on an inch wide - Otherwise the result was perfect.
With regard to the caricature that I also sent you would it be possible to make a stamp with less detail than is in the artwork, but would ‘highlight’ enough of the features so as to resemble me?

I was so happy to get the custom seal. The detail was flawless.

Amazing products and horrible customers service.

So here is me ordering with them for years. They have amazing products, always sent correctly, products as expected from web page withing promised time period.
My stars down is for their non-existing(!) customer service which is sooo bad. I am happy customer for some time so I was not expecting this approach. I wanted to order custom stamp but the web page did not worked so I contacted customer service. Someone with name Maria answered. Long story short this person (who I am not sure if it was a person based on scripted answers) kept sending the same answer while I was talking about an web page issue and took about two weeks when I gave up and paid blank page of custom stamp and then send my requirements over the email. Then she ask me to pay again for the stamp but I proofed my payment and than it was okay. ---- But overall - I ordered ridiculous design for my friend's birthday and when it arrives I was more than happy with the result. All the details were perfect. I am happy to 'fight' again with them again if necessary but I hope they will change they customer service department completely because the stories here could be written differently here for them.

- so pro tip - if the web page won't let you make your own custom design just add it to the chart and paid 'blank page' than send them an email with all your requirement and payment reference number. It worked for me.
