Over The Moon

I ordered design no 24. It was shipped within a few weeks and arrived at my doorstep in Houston, TX eight days later. It looks great and I'm super happy with how it turned out on my wedding invitations. Thanks!

Very slow and poor customer service

It’s been 3 weeks and over the shipping estimate from the website and I still have not received my product. Unless you don’t care when this arrives I wouldn’t order. I paid for faster shipping so I could get the product in 6-11 business days that stated on the site and it’s been well beyond that and the product is still in China and I only received noticed that it shipped yesterday (12/30) and I placed the order on 12/9. They do not respond right away and when they do it’s just fluffing and stalling. They do not offer refunds on even the shipping. Instead they offered a gift card for the shipping cost for my next order at this store… I’m never ordering anything from here again. This product comes from China which it is not stated on the website and thus customer service will be very very poor. Be ware! I’m still fighting to get my money back from PayPal and Amz Deco for shipping and partial refund. Order from Etsy, it ships within the US and is cheaper. I had to order another stamp and it already came in before this one shipped!
